This little popper is expensive, but worth every penny. I'm glad I bought it and here's why. The red top, lid and base are made of silicone so they don't get hot. The top notch in the lid is for measuring cores and I use two instead of one and it pops out almost all the way up. No more worries about chemicals in microwavable bags and I can choose healthy organic Great Northern popcorn, avocado oil and sea salt. Oil optional. I like Great Northern because it's fresh and crispy. I would just like to order a large three liter popcorn maker but that's fine as I make two batches. It's a good size for kids or if you just want a small snack.
