Review on Kohler Brevia 20111 White Toilet by Nick Brunner

There is definitely more space here (bigger hole/hole). About 1 inch long (back to front) and about 3/4 inch side to side. This is of great importance as the opening in conventional round toilet seats is too small. Easy construction. Great find. The seat itself is 5 stars. There were assembly problems. Supplied with screw, washer and plastic piece for each side. One of the plastic pieces was removed on arrival making it completely unusable and just fell off/couldn't stay in place. What is very frustrating is that Revain customer service refers you to Kohler customer service who act like they don't know what's going on and they weren't helpful either. I tried to request a usable plastic part to replace the stripped part but due to a total lack of customer service I was unable to do so. Luckily I was able to use parts from an old toilet seat to attach it. Conclusion: the toilet seat itself is excellent and just what I was looking for. However, customer service and faulty parts are a major downside.
