OEM Motorcraft boxed item came with Loctite and a new retaining ring. The lock nut is not supplied or advertised with this part. Fits 2004 F150, 5.4 Super Crew no problem. If you're taking on this job, you probably know you'll need some special tools (ball joint tension tool, joint wrench, torque wrench, deep ball joint sockets). I have a professional aerospace mechanic but I think someone with low mechanical skills can do the job. There are several online tutorials that can help you prepare for what's to come.
