Would be better in a 5 gallon container - less useful in a 1 gallon container for wine making

I only make small batches of wine - in 1 gallon glass bottles. Having now used this in 1 gallon bottles I figured I'd look for something else. It definitely works well in a 5 gallon bottle, but in a 1 gallon it's just amazingly big and creates too much excitement even when moving slowly. CO2 comes out, but this introduces all the O2.
