Excellent fit, good image quality, difficult to install

Fits: On my 2008 A4 (B7) the physical fit was perfect. Image quality: I installed a good head unit with a good screen, so the quality looks very good. During the day I am very satisfied with the image quality, at night it looks quite good. My head unit dims the screen when the headlights are on so the picture looks a bit darker, but I'm still happy with that. This camera comes with a wire that you can use to cut whether you need parking lines or not. I already have this feature on my main unit so I chose not to connect it to the camera (I didn't cut the white wire). is): Removing the old trunk handle was flatbread. Took a lot longer than I thought. As a result, I removed the entire plastic assembly and then pulled out the old handle with a screwdriver. I'm glad I did because there is no hole for the camera cable in the body of the pen so I had to drill a hole to thread the wire through. Once that was done, I had to route the power and AV wires through the rubber tubing from the trunk lid to the body. The AV connection wouldn't go through so I just left it on, but the power cord came through after a while. For power, I hooked up a taillight as many people suggest. It worked when the machine was off, but when the machine was on the camera had too much noise and the image jumped. Turns out this is a known thing. It just wasn't enough current so you need to use a 4 pin relay. After all this was done, the camera worked as expected. Additional note: I have a canbus bus with the head unit but I haven't removed it to see if I can get power from it as it comes with an AV cable. Some of you can.
