Review on OKLILI by Luis Despain

I was disappointed with OKLILI's customer service after I recently placed an order for printer parts. It was obvious that the parts had been mishandled during shipping because they arrived broken. I tried contacting their customer service department, but they were completely unhelpful and unreachable. Even after several attempts at contact, they refused to repair the broken components or provide any sort of compensation. As an experienced do-it-yourselfer, I anticipate superior treatment when purchasing materials. OKLILI is no longer welcome in my life.
