Outrageously heavy build. It weighs about 8 pounds, but you can't easily cut or saw it. I grossly underestimated the time it would take and with a chain this thick it was a bit difficult to wrap around my bike. I would definitely go for a length of 3 feet or more if you plan on threading it through the bike frame and wheel. The sleeve is a nice touch to avoid scratches, the chain has some sharp burrs.
