Review on Discover the Celestron 31036 AstroMaster LT 76AZ: Awe-Inspiring Views and Stellar Gazing with this Blue Astronomical Telescope by David Sharma

I bought this telescope for my wife's birthday. We put it together and wanted to set up the star pointer sight but found it almost impossible to set up. The only way to achieve an adjustment was to use a screwdriver and wrench, but even that was difficult and inefficient. Without adjustment, you cannot use the pointer to point the telescope to see an object in the night sky. I wrote to the company via the link on their website and asked for a replacement. I received an automated reply that they received my message and someone will contact us via email. So far, a few days later, no response. At the moment the telescope is practically unusable.
