The beep on this thing is incredibly loud - there might be a way to turn it off or make it quieter - you'll have to double check the manual. It works great, comes with a hose + nozzles for it - but there is only a 1/4 screw on the input side, you have to provide everything. Easy enough to glue in place and then ideal for inflating tires. Offers an accuracy of up to 1 psi.
