Latch will not hold
Latch will not hold door closed. Proper installation and alignment was checked by a mechanic at my expense. There is no seller contact and warranty information. How can I make a warranty claim without contact information? Maybe it was a bad latch, but the hassle of installation isn't worth the risk of having to do the same job twice.
