I have cut quite a lot of mild steel mostly pipe and angles and the blades usually last several months and make hundreds and hundreds of cuts before they are replaced, they have it all with no failure, usually due to wear on thin or missing teeth. I bought three of these blades because the price was good and kept them in reserve for a few months. When my old blade finally broke, I used one of these. It lasted just over a week and only made a few dozen cuts before becoming dull; I doubt she could cut warm butter! I replaced the blade and the new blade took about the same (maybe a few more) cuts and dulled. a blade that took much longer to work. This blade lasted about twice as long and, yes, it's dulled. They seem to have become blunted very quickly, when it finally happened while I was (or at least with my finger) following the blade. Blade to check sharpness. Everything seemed fine, after two cuts (2β³ mild steel pipe, 1/8β³ wall thickness) it became blunt. I re-welded my old blade and ground it down for the emergency blade. I will not order them again and absolutely do not recommend them, only one star because you can't put zero.
