Pros: I like it because food doesn't collect on the edges of the colanders like regular stores do. The smallest also has the smallest holes, while the medium and large have the same mesh holes. Cons: The smallest ripped where the mesh was attached to the round plastic after the second use. I only hand washed them and was very surprised at the gap. Otherwise, two large units lasted a month, so I may have just gotten a broken one. I use two large ones to strain the kefir grains and then add a coffee filter to strain the kefir to make kefir cheese. It's been over 6 months now and my fine mesh screen is still working as the crack isn't growing any further. I was also able to use it to strain homemade almond milk instead of using packets, which frustrated me a lot. Because these three are durable and used daily for a variety of purposes, I'm increasing my stars from 3 to 4.
