Great starter. Much better than training wheels.

We put my 8 year old daughter on a bike with training wheels when she was about 4 years old. Without them, she only learned to ride at the age of 7. We bought this bike for my 2 year old. After a month or two she was already balancing and keeping her feet on the ground. At 3 1/2 years old, she now wishes for a bigger bike with pedals!
