Great for tracking patient information and claims
The ability to track your patients in one place is great! It makes it easy to see what services they are receiving from other providers or if they have not received any services at all.
I do like that we can view our billings easily as well. There is nothing bad about this system but there may be something better out there. We use this program when sending bills to insurance carriers so our staff does not need to manually enter each service performed by their clients into another database which would take too long.
