1. Holds items well: I've fire-roasted marshmallows, hot dogs, and hot dog buns.2. Easy to Clean: I didn't expect it to be so easy to clean. After burning items, some burn/fire shadow remained on the metal part. I thought it would be tainted forever. BUT when I got home I used dish soap with a soft sponge, it came off. I didn't even have to rub hard. That's a giant gold star for me. Nobody wants to come home after a hike and thoroughly clean their frying sticks. I hope they don't change the quality of these sticks. Plus++1. Comes with a storage bag and a few extra wooden skewers.2. There is a plastic part on the handle that rotates the stick. I'm too used to just flipping the whole wand, so that was a plus. If I don't handle them roughly, I see that they will last a long time. The instructions also say they are not dishwasher safe (just adding this because one of the bad reviews mentioned they put their chopsticks in the dishwasher and the color of the handles was a total mess).
