I like that it is very flexible since you can do everything by yourself or assign others to specific tasks/tickets in real time.
There are some issues with this program such as lack of updates from other carriers which causes problems when we have multiple clients using our software at one time (for example if an update were released). Also sometimes there would be errors showing up but they won't tell me what's wrong so I'm just guessing about fixing them. It has saved us tons off labor costs because now all tickets get assigned out faster than ever before due to having multiple employees doing each task instead of only myself and another employee working together.
