Review on 🚲 Mountain Bike Bell - Timber! Quick Release Model by Jim Agosta

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for mountain biking!

Has two modes: silent and ringing. It sounds every time you hit a bump. There are just enough rings to be annoying (that's the point) when cornering blind corners. You can then silence him when the path opens. I set it up so I can just toggle it with my thumb. The O-ring makes it easy to remove on race day. I like it a lot more than physically pushing a button. **Update** After riding it for a couple of weeks I'm really happy. I usually don't say anything but today as I approached the runner I just clicked on it which was enough to send a ting-ting-ting-alin, further down the trail, the runner stepped to the side, I toggled the from call, thanked the runner. and went about his business. In a narrow section of wood I had it broken. I drove around a blind corner and another driver pulled out early. So only one of us was surprised. The only downside so far is that he doesn't do snake squats.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Expensive
