Review on 🎣 ChiaoGoo Crochet Hook Bamboo Natural Size US P (11.5mm) 1022-P: Durable and Ergonomic Crochet Hook for Professionals and Beginners by Kristen Reid

I have a set of cheap bamboo hooks (which don't come with this size) and I generally like them. I also bought some small Chiaogoo hooks from my LYS and I really like them. I love the concept of quick crocheting with a Q hook, but so far I haven't enjoyed doing these projects with either of the two plastic Q hooks I have; The Boye Q hook felt short and chunky, while the Susan Bates double hook caught on my yarn (at the junction of the hook and shank), so both hooks were awkward to use. This Chiaogoo Q hook, on the other hand, feels light in my hand, like a feather (which I wasn't expecting from such a big hook) and so smooth I'm scrambling for the fluffiest yarn in my stash to use just to keep the stitches from flying apart while I'm working! ;) Seriously, even with very smooth, extra bulky yarn (or a few strands strung together from the worsted yarn that dominates my stash), I'd still prefer this crochet hook. The length is just right and the lightness of the hook allows me to make significant progress in crocheting without tiring my hands. It's not much more expensive than plastic Q hooks and much more convenient to use than plastic hooks. I highly recommend it! I would still prefer this hook.
