Spout does NOT work

In general, the idea is excellent, but the spout does not work at all! No matter how many times you move the spout trying to line it up with the hole in the straw, you won't be able to drink from it. You cannot get a constant flow of water. After a day and a half of frustration, I actually spent $10 on another water bottle to replace the lid with this one.
