Seller advertised 150lb capacity. However, when I opened the package, the information inside was different. One site says 45 kg (100 lb) and the bars have conflicting information. 100 lbs maximum or 25 kg evenly distributed? 25kg is 55lbs so there are a lot of different numbers here but none of them match the advertised 150lbs. It was VERY DIFFICULT to install. The front bar is so close to the car roof that you can't use a tool to tighten the vertical bolts at the end as required, so I had to unscrew everything, twist and raise the bar to tighten, then lower and secure again. to the side rail. What should have been a 10 minute job took 2 hours. But wait, that's not all, between 40mph and 55mph the whistling noise is so loud it's too distracting. That's more than reasonable! If I could quickly detach the bars and reattach them when needed, it wouldn't be a problem. However, considering how long it takes to remove or replace the bars, this is a serious problem. So my recommendation is DO NOT BUY THIS unless you really need it.
