The ability of machine learning, which allows us to identify patterns in our customer behavior in order for them to engage with their brand or website more frequently so we can increase conversion rates (which means revenue). Nothing really! We use factors' Ai product as part of our overall omni channel strategy helping drive digital sales through multiple channels such as web & social media advertising, email campaigns etc. The most impressive thing about Factor Ai was their customer support team which I never had any issue with my queries, even in midnight or weekend they were always there for me! What could be improved? Nothing as of now. It's good software but its price can't go high at this time since it does have some competition (Adobe Analytics). We used factorai to improve our lead generation efforts by using advanced NLP techniques like sentiment analysis etc.,.
