I received the lamp today. The batteries in the headlight and taillight were fully charged. This is usually a good sign that the batteries are in good condition and not discharging. The brightness of the headlights is very good for what you need. This isn't a police cruiser, but it lasts a long time without recharging. It comes with 2 micro USB cables. I've checked both and they both charge their respective lights. The rear and white USB cable works better with the rear light in terms of assembly. They're both firmly plugged into the connector, so no problem.
