Review on 🔧 Upgrade Your Jerry Cans with the EZ-POUR Jerry Can Adapter by Trey Michaels

I should have read other reviews - this cap/adapter will not fit the standard US Government 5 gallon plastic canister (aka "Jerry Cans") - as the threaded portion of the adapter is too short to accommodate the woman To catch threads in the fuel can opening, so to actually try to get the threads I had to remove both the o-ring and the flat rubber gasket, which caused a leak in the first place. However, this problem pales in comparison to the fact that the adapter's male threads are too small in diameter to properly engage the fuel tank's female threads, so it cannot be properly tightened without stripping the threads. While it CAN fit in a Scepter branded jerry can, it will NOT fit in real USG fuel cans as advertised. So it's useless to me as I don't have any other "canisters" besides the USG version. Ez-Pour needs to redesign it or make it specifically for fuel tanks and sell it that way.
