Review on Shinwa Stainless Machinist Engineer Graduations Test, Measure & Inspect in Dimensional Measurement by Jimmy Bores

While I find the ruler itself to be as advertised, I had some good tools like this that I also rely on the case for storing the ruler when not in use, to protect it from other items in the desk drawer, etc. This is especially important as it was to be a gift for a 9 year old who is homeschooled. But this case is so heavily sealed with stickers and tape of some kind that I can't save the case unless I almost destroy it in the process - then of course it's useless. That's very disappointing. I would like to contact the seller directly to request a clean replacement case but have not been able to find where to do so. Therefore, if the seller ignores this review, I will simply return the ruler and order another brand. Of course, that would easily be 5 stars if the case weren't important in my case.
