I like that they can pull in information for different categories of an organization or product line which makes it easier than having multiple programs pulling info together! If something goes wrong at one point there could be issues but overall we've been happy with how things work out. Would love if their support staff was more actively engaged though - not just when needed (like during implementation) but also regularly throughout operations & maintenance phases. They help us manage inventory better than before using Excel spreadsheets.
