I bought this computer for simple gaming. When it arrived it worked fine for a few weeks and then started having random shutdown issues. After contacting support, we ran numerous tests for a week to resolve the issue. Eventually it was determined that they could not fix the problem and I was told to send the computer back for a replacement. I've been waiting for 3 WEEKS and haven't gotten anything back. Not even by email. I was not notified when they returned the PC to me. I had to contact customer service twice to find out the status of my return. When I last contacted I was told the processor was defective and they were waiting for a new one to be in stock before they could send my computer in for a replacement. They couldn't tell me when I would get a replacement. Definitely a disappointment that the communication and speed of customer service is so poor.
