I had to resort to a gem cutter to finish the job which was very embarrassing. It would make a lot more sense if the manufacturer included a tool where the blade could be swapped out rather than the consumer buying a different tool. Of course, that would mean lower sales and lost revenue for them, but the customer would be much happier with the product and could continue to buy more of the company's products. But how should I know - I'm just a guy who has to deal with the willful mistakes of the money-making gods!
