Cannot be used because the swing arm does not rotate.
I will update my rating as soon as ANGOO responds to my messages. I might be doing something wrong, but the manual says to tighten the big blue knob on the back, which I did, and it won't turn. I unscrewed the handle, even took it off, but it still doesn't turn. My husband has used all his strength to move it and it won't budge. Please help! I really want this to work for me! I was so excited to get it!
