I am VERY dissatisfied with this product. 1) The power supply must be installed upside down. It only works on 230V. When the switch is on 110V, absolutely nothing works. 2) The LCD screen flickers VERY much, like it's almost turned off. 3) Pretty much EVERY disc I try to rip gets a "Bad Master Disc" message - whether it's a CD, DVD, or Blu Ray. I checked these discs on another duplicator and they are fine and when I made these discs they were burned using the copy and compare feature so they are a bit-for-bit perfect copy. This unit is nonsense. No luck so far, neither with support nor with the support service. VERY unhappy and I am a professional filmmaker. UPDATE: I finally managed to reach someone (my initial tech calls seemed to go in a circular file) and they tried to tell me I have bad masters - until I came across the weird power supply (230v -Installation) and a flickering talked LCD. They admitted that they "have seen this problem before" and that "this is a bad power supply and gives error messages at 230V because of the wrong amperage". (The unit is totally dead DOA when you plug it into 110V.) So now I'm waiting for the RMA and they assure me they will fix it. At least they didn't try to pass it off as my problem. Hope this gets fixed soon.
