In a corner of my basement there is a concrete wall between my wireless router and my main TV area. So when I tried to use my phone, the signal was terrible. I was wondering if I could find antennas with extensions, I searched Revain and found this article. I unplugged 2 of the 4 antennas on my router, screwed the cables back to where the antennas were, placed the antenna in an electronics cabinet so the concrete wall was no longer blocking the signal. Wow, that made a difference. Speed test photos before and after.
