Review on PharmASSIST Symphony Systems by Roman Starr

The best thing about this software is its ability to scan barcodes of medications as well as prescriptions that are written in other systems such as EMRs and paper copies from doctors offices etc. It also has an inventory system which can be used for both pharmacy needs and patient care purposes. I dislike how sometimes it freezes when trying to enter information into certain fields like medication list. Also i do not have access to all features since we only use one pharmacist at our facility but if you need more than 1 person working there then maybe some options will become unavailable depending on what level your account was created under (or whatever they call it). We were able to solve problems related to missing med lists/prescriptions and having duplicate orders by using the barcode feature along with customizing reports so now everything runs smoothly!
