Don't try this at home
The idler pulley assembly appears to be well made, but I lost a lot of respect for the Toyota engineers when I installed it. To remove it, you not only have to remove the radiator and casing, but also the alternator (don't forget to disconnect the battery), the idler pulley and the two-piece plastic timing belt cover. Too much hassle to replace such a simple item.
