ie this is my second time ordering this product i was very excited when it arrived it is very well made but the product i received was used there was water in the hoses while the pump was not works, the phone number is not available on the website. You can only contact them via the email address on the website. Terrible customer service doesn't give you an 800 number to call if you have any problems. I emailed them, the guy acted like he didn't care, he said he hadn't seen my order, he didn't know who I was. I had a very, very hot job and I needed this vest to work. I tried to see if there was anything they could do to hurry me up but to no avail. I have ordered a second one everything seems to work the quality of this vest is very good very high quality and feels great but customer service should provide a number and be there when people buy your product to help them.
