The vest works better than I expected! I would do it again in a heartbeat without even thinking about it. It's a little hard to fill and a frozen bladder isn't very comfortable on the back. The advantages far outweigh the disadvantages!

Useful helper in the heat! Items originally intended for the Asian market may run small or just not fit a much larger and thicker body, so buy the big ones and try them on! Check the stitching; A bladder support tape came off the seam because the nylon tape didn't seal when cut. Wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours before needing more ice. Expect minor abrasions from the Velcro.

Living in Arizona where it's currently 110 degrees in the mornings I was able to do a few extra trips because it made me so COOL. My only downside is that it's not exactly "one size fits all".
