My husband has multiple sclerosis and his episodes are caused by heat so we bought this vest. He said everything about him is perfect, we've had him for a few months and he seems to be doing a great job. I wish we might have a spare water bladder for this because we wanted to use it on the fly a few times but we didn't have time to chill the water and it doesn't hold ice which stinks a bit but if you had 2 bladders, man was always able to keep a jeep in the fridge in case we have to leave. I think for the price it could have been a spare part!
