I want to write a wonderful review, this was recommended to us. Installation was easy. Filled in and made sure all zips were closed and the bag was secured with velcro over the zips. We got caught in light rain during the last half of our trip, we kept stopping and checking in as this was our first time using it. When we reached our destination the outside of the bag was still wet as it was still raining lightly. As the son began to unzip, he saw a puddle of water that was on the front of the rider. Two boxes and things got wet, three suitcases stood in puddles of water. The entire interior of the bag was soaked with water, the water leaking through the zippers on our suitcases and making most of our clothes wet to wet. Now we are in our hut and have clothes hanging up to dry everywhere. Obviously other plans need to be made to get home on Monday as we will never be using this suitcase again and we have a holiday trip planned and really need a porter. But that's no good because it's leaking, and let's pour it from the side. We would like to return it as used once and it is leaking, no one needs it at the moment. If you contact us and help us with the return, it will be much appreciated. We would like to return this product, there was a problem as there was water leakage, the clothes in the suitcase are soaked, and there is obviously something wrong with the product.
