When my items arrived, I immediately tried them out with my cats and they were a hit, except for a couple of items. The "teaser" stick was bent right out of the package. It looks like maybe it was bent before shipping as about 2 inches of the end of the stick (without the fabric) was bent in two and when I tried to straighten it, the plastic began to crack, so it's at least 2 inches shorter than it should be. Also, I don't like dyed feathers for my cats to chew on. I don't know whether the dye is safe or not. Cats could care less what color the feathers are, so I wish the manufacturer would just leave them their natural color, as I will remove any dyed feathers (which means the feather/stick toy is out). Also, I received a package with sticks in it. I mean, come on . STICKS? Not safe for a cat to play with, as they can be pushed up into the roof of the mouth or into the throat. Also, I have no idea what type of wood this is, if it has been sprayed with any chemicals, so that also went into the trash. The large, hard, plastic ball with the bird stuck to it is ignored. I think it's just too heavy to be interesting. My kitten loves the tunnel and the crinkle balls. The other items, especially the soft balls with the rainbow colors are a favorite.I paid around $13 for this product, which would have been worth it had the sticks been replaced with a real toy and the feathers were natural. Otherwise, for me, worth about $10.00 since I had to throw a couple of items away.
