Review on 🔲 Sierra International MP41030 Ignition Switch - Off-Run-Start: Enhance Control with White, Medium-Sized Switch by Original Mansel

I installed this switch on my boat this spring, I just removed it on July 4th, unloaded the boat from the trailer and drove to the side dock to load the family. The second time I turned the key on this New Ignition, the threads snapped and the key and toggle fell into my hand as the part behind the control panel fell behind my boat's dashboard. What a mess to start the 4th of July weekend. I was lucky to have a friend with another boat to tow me ashore. What a cheaply made flimsy plastic ignition switch. I would warn everyone to avoid this version and be aware of the metal on the threads. I spent $18 on this, absolutely free, and an hour to install it on a narrow boat handlebar to do it again. The manufacturer should be ashamed of such quality if they have ever tested it.
