Working, fixed my problem
Tailgate wouldn't open. I watched some videos on the internet. If you know how, then it's not difficult to replace. Just don't forget to reset the locks on 4runner. This includes disconnecting the battery, reconnecting and cycling all windows, rear trunk window and sunroof.
