I've done many tubeless conversions with stocks and never had a problem but these valves are excellent. The reason is the o-ring and the o-ring shaped nut that are screwed onto the valve after installation. The O-ring allows the nut to be tightened without scratching the rim and the O-ring ensures it doesn't come loose. On all of our Stans valve gears, the round locknuts keep loosening. The choice of colors is nice too. If you want it to sit snugly in the rim like a Stans valve, just use a tapered bushing instead of a loaf shaped bushing.
