Took me about 15 minutes. inflate up to 8psi with the included pump (stops for breaks a total of about 5 minutes), so 10 minutes if you're in shape, or you can combine it with someone else. A repair kit was also included. I also bought the Wakooda 2 Stage 12volt SUP Inflator. It took about 18 minutes to inflate to 8psi. But no effort! I weigh 200 pounds and can stand on any edge and not tip it over (it tilts over when nobody is standing on it, but still stable). I plan to use it with my 21ft boat to double the deck space. Really hard work. I'll post a photo once I have it on the boat!
