Poor Quality Amenities

So I bought two of these because they looked like the broken ones I originally installed. The screws in the package were too short for my door so I had to buy longer ones. After we finally managed to mount them, the threaded insert on the outside door handle ripped off. They weren't tight either. Very bad quality.
