These are extremely squishy and comfortable. I bought them to replace the Pedifix small and the Profoot VitaGel large spacers, which no longer wash up very well. They are a tiny bit fatter than the old ones, though that could also be due to wear over the last two years.Anyway, I am keeping these as I can wear the large ones between big toe and index toe, and the small ones between index toes and middle toes (and ring toes in my Altras, Topo Athletic, but not Keen). I need the truly small ones for the pinky toe though.
