I have two of their hubs: HyperDrive USB C Hub, Sanho Type C Multi-Port Adapter for MacBook Pro 2018 2017 2016, Dual 6in2 ThunderHyperDrive USB C Hub, Best Type - C DUO 50Gb/s Adapter 2018 2017 2016 MacBook Pro 13" 15" 7 in 2: USB-C 100W, USBC 5Gb/s data transfer, 4K HDMI, microSD card reader/ SD, 2 x USB 3.1 SANHO I generally like the hubs , but I bought them to drive external monitors. At work I have 3 monitors plus a laptop monitor. Monitor1: HDMI cable>HDMI USB-C adapter>HyperDrive Hub USB-C connectorMonitor2: HDMI cable>Hub HyperDriveMonitor3: HDMI cable>HDMI USB-C adapter>USB connector -C on Mac (other Hub side) When Mac goes to sleep, monitor #1 doesn't wake up. I need to disconnect the hub AND the third monitor, then connect the hub and then the third monitor. I paid for a hub to minimize connect/disconnect time. So I'm not happy that I have to go through this every time I go. The support so far has been great. Try one of their adapters to see if that's the problem. I will increase my rating if they fix it.
