Product arrived exactly as advertised. I have no problem charging my laptop using one of the USB-C ports, and was able to charge my Fitbit Versa and iPhone X while connected to an external monitor with no issues.

everything seems to work fine. It wasn't clearly stated which port should use the power input, but when we moved them to a port next to the HDMI port, everything worked beautifully. We don't have a gap between them and the Mac, and we don't have to force them. No complaints at all. I'll come back and update this over time, but in testing they outperformed others we looked at.

Works well and I am happy with the product. A minor annoyance: when the device is connected to the network, the device indicator lights up. It does not turn off when the laptop goes to sleep. This means that if the battery is left plugged in while the laptop is on battery and the laptop is asleep, the battery will continue to discharge. Pros: I've been using this hub for about a month now and have kept it connected to my 16" MacBook Pro the whole time. I checked all ports and they work as advertised. I haven't been able to test USB 3 speeds, but a USB 2 flash drive works the same whether it's connected to a hub or to an Apple Thunderbolt USB thumb drive.
