An Embarrassing and Discouraging Experience with FIXSMITH

Because I am an experienced user of several creative tools, I was quite eager to give FIXSMITH a shot for my most recent project. Unfortunately, my time spent shopping in their online store left me feeling let down and frustrated. The website is poorly designed and difficult to use, which is a shame because they have an outstanding selection of products. The search function's unreliability makes it difficult to locate specific objects, which is really aggravating. The procedure of checking out is not just complicated but also time-consuming, and it involves many processes that may be easily shortened. My order came in considerably later than I had anticipated, which was a disappointing development given the unreliability of the estimated shipping schedules. A number of the things arrived broken and rendered useless due to the poor quality of the packaging. As a result of the inept and indifferent nature of the customer service, I was left feeling annoyed and dissatisfied with the product that I had purchased. In general, FIXSMITH is not an online store for art supplies that I would suggest to anyone. Even though the quality of their products might be high, the terrible design of their website, the unreliability of their shipment, and the absence of any customer service all contribute to an unsatisfactory experience.

Pros
  • Large variety of different types of materials.
Cons
  • Fewer places to go literally.
