User friendly with many features including customizable fields

The user interface is very easy to use for both pastors and staff members. Also it's pretty cheap! I do wish there was more functionality like having multiple sites in one database (which has since been implemented). That said if you are looking into this product specifically because of its cost as opposed to benefits offered by more powerful products, then go through some demos and consider your budget vs capabilities needed versus time allowed before considering anything. We have had success using CC throughout our entire organization from leadership level down - so that all parties can easily access information when needed. As far as my specific needs goes we used it at large conference events across campus for volunteers and guests but also small scale camps during summer vacation - which allows us to be confident everyone knows how they should enter or exit a space. We also created new databases to keep track of people coming to conferences from multiple churches that need different processes depending on their membership status which I like that it allows me to keep track of all my volunteers in one place. There are different ways you can set up your database for each volunteer (e.g., only show their last names). Some people might prefer this over entering info by hand but personally i do not mind doing so sometimes! Sometimes its easy to get lost trying to find someone's information or if they have left the team at another time than when we need them.
