Okay so I assume this product does what it says on the tin. In the process, on one of the two I used today, the adhesive between the disc you glued to the window and the base you use to add the resin came loose. This allowed more resin to get on my windshield than the small tube could fit. I wiped it off with a paper towel, my mistake. In the light I had it looked fine. I parked towards the sun to let the tar dry completely and found that what I had wiped off was actually smeared on my windshield. After a lot of scratching and a few big wipes soaked in alcohol, it still doesn't look very good. After all, cleaning up the mess takes longer than fixing it. :-(
