I would like to give more than 5 stars. These are the pans I've been looking for for a long time. For safety reasons, I do not use non-stick pans. I only use stainless steel and have used Cusinart 3-layer pans as well as china utensils. I didn't like Cuisinart, china was the best choice until I found these. They are perfect, I couldn't ask for more to make them like this. I like lids that sit in the pot, cooking lids sit on top so things can spill and splash on you when you take them off. The harness sits inside, but not even as well as these. Now the bowls don't have glass lids, they have a hole in the lid to allow steam to escape, neither bowls nor bowls have this. Also, they have silicone grips and lids that neither of the other two have. These pans are largely non-stick, although they don't have such a coating and are made of stainless steel. I first cooked the rice in one of the pans and nothing stuck. They clean and shine like new. I really can't believe how lucky I am to find the perfect pan set. The price is amazing for what you get. The only downside is of course that they are made in China, but that's about it I think. I've been cooking for over 45 years and I love these pans. I think you can't go wrong there in my opinion.
