I would like to give more than 5 stars. These are the pans I've been looking for for a long time. For safety reasons, I do not use non-stick pans. I only use stainless steel and have used Cusinart 3-layer pans as well as china utensils. I didn't like Cuisinart, china was the best choice until I found these.
